Every My Green Mattress is handcrafted in our certified organic factory in Illinois using U.S. and global materials.
Our experienced mattress makers are involved throughout the manufacturing process. We manufacture our own pocketed coil systems, cut and sew our mattress covers, assemble the comfort layers, hand button-tuft our mattresses, finish them, inspect them, package them, and prepare them for shipment.
Having these processes under our own roof gives us direct oversight of how our mattresses are constructed and finished.
For our family, quality control isn’t an abstract concept. We see the mattresses being built every day, and our team takes pride in the craftsmanship that goes into each one.
Transparency You Can Verify
We believe customers should know what’s inside the mattress they’re bringing into their homes.
That’s why we rely on meaningful third-party certifications rather than simply asking customers to take our word for it.
Our mattresses use GOTS-certified organic cotton and wool and GOLS-certified organic latex. Our mattresses also carry independent certifications including MADE SAFE® and GREENGUARD Gold.
Certifications provide consumers with another way to evaluate materials, product standards, and environmental and chemical-emissions criteria when comparing mattresses.
