Having our own factory gives us hands-on involvement throughout the manufacturing process and allows us to maintain high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and materials.
Our team cuts and sews mattress components, builds our pocketed coil spring systems, assembles each mattress, and carefully finishes, inspects and packages every product before it leaves our facility.
It is detailed, hands-on work, and we are proud of the people who make it possible.

Since 2007, My Green Mattress has focused on creating mattresses for families who want a healthier sleeping environment. That commitment starts with carefully selected materials, including GOTS certified organic cotton, GOTS certified organic wool, and GOLS certified organic latex.
It continues inside our factory, where our team transforms those materials into mattresses designed for comfort, support, and durability.
Keeping so much of our manufacturing process under one roof also gives us greater control over how our mattresses are constructed. From our pocketed coil systems to the quilted covers and final stitching, our team can pay attention to the details that make a difference in how a mattress feels and performs.
