Dear Valued Customers,

In light of the current events surrounding COVID-19 we want to assure you that our online store and mattress factory will remain open to provide you with the opportunity to purchase organic mattresses for your family during this time when we are reminded that healthy living is a top priority.

Customer care representatives are available during regular business hours Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm to assist you via email and online chat. Should you experience any trouble reaching us by phone, just email us and we will be happy to schedule a call with you.

Shipping – We will continue to offer free shipping, and will manufacture and package your mattress for shipping within a couple of days of you placing an order. Our mattresses are shipped via FedEx so please track your package carefully as shipping times may be delayed due to their increased demand. We will not offer white glove in-home delivery at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but feel it is in everyone’s best interest.

In store – Our only showroom located in LaGrange, IL is open with no appointment necessary. We do ask that customers observe the required mask ordinance and socially distance as appropriate. If you have concerns visiting our store while others are present, please call our store at (708) 246-2224 to discuss an appointment.

For your safety and ours, we’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitation efforts in compliance with our GOTS & GOLS organic factory certifications. We’re recommending all employees practice these measures in an effort to stay healthy: frequent hand washing, social distancing, staying home when sick, use of masks and gloves, and refraining from all non-essential work travel.
